The court of appeal for the arrest of Saakashvili moved


The Kyiv court of appeals postponed to January 11, 2018 consideration of the complaint of the General Prosecutor on the decision of Pechersky district court of Kyiv about the denial of house arrest of ex-President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili, reports Interfax-Ukraine.

As noted, the decision was announced at a meeting on Wednesday.

The meeting was moved in particular because 7 of the MPs were ready to take him on bail, but not all of them arrived at the court.

Adds the Ukrainian truth, in the court of Appeal was only the Deputy Derevyanko, on the road there was another MP – kupry.

Deputies Ihor Lutsenko, Elena Shkrum, Yulia Tymoshenko, Dobrodomov and ex-defense Minister Anatoly Gritsenko has not come.

The judge noted that according to the procedural code, all applicants must attend the meeting, because the judge must ask their position, as well as to inform about their responsibility.
