In Ukraine, want to tighten the law on the protection of business during inspections


Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman called for tougher law on the protection of business during inspections, establishing the liability of inspectors for exceeding their duties.

According to Groisman, the key task of the new Commission, which included predominantly representatives of business associations and Office of the business Ombudsman – review of all cases of pressure on business.

“Abuse of authority – we are going to give their findings and will contact the law enforcement agencies to take personnel decisions regarding dishonest employees. But there will be requirements to business – honest business, honest payment of taxes. This balance should be preserved”, – said the Prime Minister.

Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers has published the list of state Supervisory bodies, which in 2018 is not subject to the law of Ukraine On the temporal features of the implementation of measures of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity.
