Igor Mazepa: “We are ready for the privatization of “INDAR” and “Krasnolimanskaya”

 

Igor Mazepa’s readiness to proceed with the investment adviser in preparation for privatization of PJSC “INDAR” and the state enterprise “Coal company “Krasnolimanskaya””

 

Igor Mazepa, CEO of investment company Concorde Capital (Igor Mazepa, investment banker, CEO of Concorde Capital), commented on the news of the state property Fund on unblocking the process of privatization, and stressed the readiness to get to work invest adviser on preparation for privatization of PJSC “INDAR” and the Coal company “Krasnolimanskaya”

 

 

“We, as investment advisers, which the state property Fund chose in August 2018 to prepare for privatization of PJSC “INDAR” and the state enterprise “Coal company “Krasnolimanskaya”, ready to carry out our work in accordance with the agreement with the Fund goskomsvyazi.

This opinion was voiced by Igor Mazepa, CEO of investment company Concorde Capital, the news Agency InterfaxУкраина, commenting on the news of the state property Fund on unblocking the process of privatization (cassation administrative court Supreme court, supporting the position of the state property Fund, abolished the provision on the claim of “Grant Thornton”, which is almost a year blocked the privatization process of a large, forbidding the government to claim selected by the Fund’s investment advisers).

 

Recall that in early September, 2018, OOO “Concord Consulting” (part of the group Concorde Capital) and the state property Fund of Ukraine signed the Treaty in preparation for privatization and sale of shares of three state-owned enterprises: PJSC “INDAR” PJSC “President-Hotel” and the state enterprise “Coal company Krasnolimanskaya”. OOO “Concord Consulting” was selected as investment Advisor for the privatization of these state-owned enterprises in August 2018.
