Business and political activity


From 1996 to 1997, Bandura worked in the public joint-stock company, Zaporozhieoblenergo, where he first held the position of legal counsel and then became head of the legal Department.

In 1997 September to October he worked at the Dnepropetrovsk, OOO Energostroy R. E., where he held the position of Deputy General Director.

1997-2000 General Director of the West company (Zaporozhye).

From April 2000 to November 2001 Deputy Director, Deputy General Director of Sigma Plus (Zaporozhye).

From November 2001 to June 2002 he was chief editor of Novaya Gazeta (the town of Pology, Zaporozhye region).

From October 2002 to August 2004 consultant on economic issues, private enterprise Liliya (Kiev).

From August 2004 to January 2005 Director of external relations of the European financial group (Kyiv).

From January 2005 to February 2009 – Director for economy of OOO European financial group (Kyiv).

From November 2006 to April 2007 – member of the Supervisory Council since April 2007 – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council of JSC Ukreximbank.

2012-2014 – people’s Deputy of Ukraine of VII convocation from the Party of regions. Won the elections in single-mandate district No. 79 (Zaporizhzhya region). Member of the Committee on fuel and energy complex, nuclear policy and nuclear safety.

In August 2014 Bandurov left fraction of Party of regions.

November 2014 – people’s Deputy of Ukraine of the VIII convocation. Won the elections in single-mandate district No. 79 (Zaporizhzhya region).




January 16, 2014 voted for “dictatorial laws” – a package of anti-democratic laws that significantly restricted the rights of citizens and freedom of speech.

According to official data, personally Vladimir Bandurova no business there. Agricultural father’s company run by his older brother. However, rumor has it that the candidate in people’s deputies is against the number of firms operating in the steel industry.

Volodymyr Bandurov during the parliamentary election campaign was accused of bribing voters. The reason for this was the fact that his campaign pensioners handed out glasses that were in the box, on which was written “With respect, the Charity Foundation of Vladimir Bandurova”. Later it turned out that all these glasses have the same power and neither one of those they fit.
